On the first floor the open plan kitchen/diner and sitting room is an impressive space with a vaulted ceiling, wooden flooring and exposed beams and trusses with views across rolling countryside towards the sea. A full length feature window looks out to the side across pretty fields to Carn Brea. At one end is the kitchen area, where you will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A pine farmhouse dining table to seat six sits in the centre of the room while the sitting area beyond is cosy and inviting with leather sofas and a Smart TV. External stone steps lead down to an enclosed patio area, which gives way to a lawn. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, one king size double with TV and en suite shower room, one twin bedroom and one further double with coutryside views. The bedrooms also share a modern family bathroom with an overhead shower. Also on this level is a garden room and access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lovely wraparound gardens provide peaceful spots to relax with a drink or enjoy a summer BBQ while taking in the rural and sea views.
