This bright and spacious beautifully converted barn is nestled in the heart of the spectacular Cornish countryside. Converted by the current owners this homely barn adjoins the owners property and is perfectly located for exploring the entire region. Wonderful sandy beaches and rugged coves on both the North and South coasts are within short driving distance, the nearest being Porthleven (5 miles). Stunning Gwithian beach (9 miles) stretches as far as the eye can see, while smaller more hidden gems like Poldhu (6 miles) and Porthcurnow make for ideal day trips. The bustling coastal towns of Falmouth (8 miles) and St Ives are nearby with many independent shops and excellent restaurants. Or visit the charming traditional villages in the area such as Coverack and Mullion. For any keen walkers you'll find miles of beautiful terrain to explore plus there's the array of popular holiday attractions that the area boasts. The property is accessed via 4 external steps which lead you up to the front door. You then find yourself in the large fully equipped kitchen/diner complete with family dining table, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bright spacious lounge opens up in front of you with plenty of comfy seating, TV and DVD player, a wood burner and French doors leading out to the garden. Outside: enclosed garden with lawn, patio area, garden furniture and BBQ.. Amenities: private off road parking for 1 car or 2 smaller cars (further by arrangement).. Additional info: please note the property has its own private water supply, which is treated to ensure it is perfectly fine to use as normal. Accessed via 4 external steps from the parking space, arranged over one level. Location: beach 6 miles, shop and pub 1.5 miles.
