The dining room is next to the kitchen and offers a place for formal meals in front of the electric effect log burner. The kitchen has everything that guests will need to prepare their favourite dishes, should they choose to cook whilst on holiday, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a washer dryer. A door from the kitchen leads outside to the steep steps which bring guests to the terrace. The bedroom is located on the first floor: a double room with an en suite shower room with WC, and views over the harbour. In an unexpected addition to the property, there is also a bathroom on this floor with a relaxing roll top bath, separate shower, and WC. Behind the property there are 3 levels of terraces, which is accessed from the ground floor. There are steep steps leading to all 3 levels, the terraces provide spectacular views over Torbay. The steps up to the terraces are unlit and are dark at night. The table and chairs on the terrace provide the perfect space to enjoy drinks whilst taking in the stunning views. The owners of the property provides guests with a free parking space for the marina car park, which is just 400 metres from the property, this must be arranged prior to arrival.

Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.. Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep.. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.. There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars.. Dogs are allowed on the Breakwater beach from 1st October to 31st March. The nearest green area for dogs is Churchill gardens approx. 300metres along Berry Head Road towards the Marina car park..
