Perranporth, a popular seaside resort, is just a short drive and is renowned for its golden sands, surfing beaches and amazing coast paths. The village of St Agnes lies just two miles away and boasts some fine eateries, stunning scenery and for the experienced walkers amongst you, take a moment to breathe some new life into your walking boots for a trip to the local inn, a mile from the cottage. Upon arrival this stunning rural location is set just inland from the coast, relax and unwind as your holiday begins. Enter the property into the cottage style kitchen, perfect for all your holiday home cooking requirements. The kitchen has an electric range style oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Just off from the kitchen is the ground floor bathroom with bath and WC and a utility area with washing machine. The lounge provides the focal point for the property with a central feature fireplace and wood burner to cosy up with on those winter nights. For the film enthusiast there is Sky TV to enjoy. At the opposite end you will find the dining table, which is large enough to seat 6 people. From the lounge, a door leads into the orangerie which is a perfect area to take in the beautiful garden views and relax, a fantastic spot to enjoy the chocolate box style cottage garden. A central staircase leads you to the first floor where the bedrooms and the shower room is located. This three bedroom property consists of one superking, one double and one twin. Completing the accommodation is the shower room with WC.
