Walk Glyndwr s Way and Offa s Dyke National Trails, or one of the many footpaths, cycle routes and bridle ways through the beautiful Welsh countryside and enchanting Shropshire Hills. Visit the Observatory Spaceguard Centre, National Trust Powis Castle and other attractions in the area. On entering the property there s plenty of space for your boots and to hang up your coats. Natural light floods the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner through the feature windows and doors with delightful views over the garden and beautiful countryside. Relax on the comfortable sofas in the lounge area, maybe watch a film on the TV/DVD, or enjoy a good book, nestled beside the cosy wood burner. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen has all the equipment you need with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, alongside thoughtful little extras creating a delightful space to prepare a meal. The dining table is ideally positioned by the picture window to enjoy a meal and plan your activities whilst enjoying the garden view. After a full day out choose from two contrasting bedrooms, one with a TV. There is one spacious double with en suite shower room and WC and one family room with double bed and additional single bed on the quirky mezzanine level. Across the hall is the stylish shower room with shower and WC. There are lovely views from every window. Outside, relax in the private garden with slate paths, decked area and patio, or enjoy al fresco dining with table and chairs. Relax in the hot tub on the patio, sit by the fire pit and relish the night sky in a region with no light pollution, it s amazing. There is also plenty of space for bicycles, canoes, and private parking for two cars. Please note the owners live on site though privacy is assured.
