If you re feeling tired and run down from the stresses of your day to day life, then look no further than this beautiful cottage for your escape. Looking like it s stepped out of the pages of a magazine; this stunning property is just 1/4 mile from the coast and 4 miles from the coastal town of Swanage. Entering the property through the stable door, you will be wowed by the beautiful open plan living of the lower floor. With reclaimed French oak floorboards throughout, the sitting area has a comfortable sofa in front of a TV and wood burner, which can be lit on chilly, winter nights to transform the property into a cosy haven. Walking through the room, you will come to the dining area and kitchen, perfect for those important family meals together. The kitchen is finished with gorgeous granite worktops and is equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, butler sink and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The first, a 5ft double, which has an en suite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and also benefits from an en suite WC with a bath and overhead shower. Through the French doors, you will find the rear deck which is split by six steps into two levels. From the top level, you can glimpse down to the sea, soaking up the incredible views. Lie back on the provided sun loungers, surrounded by potted olive trees and enjoy a relaxing book on your holiday. The bottom deck has plenty of shade for when the sun gets too much, with a large lime tree. You might even spot an owl at night using the nesting box. The bottom deck has gate access onto a footpath that leads down the valley towards the sea.

Outdoor decking split into two levels by six steps. The top deck has sun loungers. Off road parking for 2 cars. EV charging at the property (charges apply). At the owners' request no commercial vehicles or vans can be accommodated at the property. Takeaway Tearoom 100 yards, pub 200 yards and shop 2 miles. Wi Fi included. Central heating included. Regret no guests under the age of 18 ADULTS ONLY. Strictly no smoking onsite (internal and external) including vapes.. Towels Included.
