Heading a little further from the cottage will lead you to a whole host of wonderful locations including Devils Dyke, Leondardslee Gardens, Nymans, Glyndebourne, and Lewes Castle. For those who like the great outdoors, the South Downs offers some great local walks and cycle trails which can be finished with a stop at the local pub for a spot of refreshment. Enter into the hallway where there is space for leaving coats and boots and then head through into the light and spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with vaulted ceiling and oak beam features. The lounge area has two comfy armchairs and a sofa, the perfect spot for relaxing in front of the wood burner after a day out exploring and catching up on your favourite programme on the Smart TV. The modern kitchen area has all the equipment you would expect, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. Enjoy whipping up a delicious family meal with fresh local produce from the on site farm shop before dining at the table with seating for all, which overlooks the pretty garden and countryside beyond. There are two bedrooms leading off either end of the open plan main room, a double and a twin, and the property is completed with a shower room with a large shower and WC. Heading outside through the French doors onto a private enclosed garden with patio and fire pit area. There is private parking for two cars.
