The unspoilt market town of Pershore on the banks of the Avon with its Georgian architecture is a short drive and boasts a magnificent abbey and lovely boutique style shops surrounded by countryside. The barn is detached and situated within the grounds of the owner s home. The front door gives access to a small lobby where you can leave boots and coats behind after a busy day. The ground floor offers open plan living space with exposed brick and woodwork which is complemented with a contemporary twist. The lounge area is perfect for relaxing, with a sofa and armchair that front the wood burner and TV. The kitchen/dining area has been finished with a contemporary style. There is an island where you can sit to enjoy a simple supper along with a well equipped kitchen that offers a electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility area with washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with double walk in shower and WC. When the day is done, climb the stairs to the bedroom which is within the eaves; here you can enjoy a good night s rest in the double bed.
