Located in the centre of Cartmel with its quaint cobbled streets, pubs, shops, restaurants, and delightful stream sidewalks. Cartmel Racecourse is home to the UK s shortest steeplechase and has a full diary of interesting events. The seaside resort of Grange over Sands is a lovely place to spend the day exploring the attractions on the town s promenade and is only a short drive away as well as Ambleside, Grasmere, Coniston, or Ulverston, this is a perfect base to explore some of the hidden treasures of the Lake District. Head up a few steps and through the front door to the lounge, creating a warm atmosphere and perfect place to kick back after a day of exploring, on the sofa or two armchairs in front of the wood burner and Smart TV. Head to the kitchen which is ideal for a family feast and tastefully designed with a built in seating area with patio doors straight out into the garden. The kitchen boasts everything needed to prepare a feast, an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Next, is the snug offering an area for the kids to enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. There is a shower room with a shower and WC, also a utility area with a washing machine. Head up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, both with wall mounted Smart TVs, a king size and the 2'6'' twin zip and link (which can be made into a king size on request) with an en suite shower and WC. To relax and have a soak after a day of exploring is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. You will want to spend all your evenings in the cosy garden patio area, which is peaceful and tucked away with seating and charcoal BBQ.
