Pop to the smallest town in Wales, Caerwys, or head to the sandy beach at Prestatyn. Enjoy a round of golf at Pennant Park, walk to the local riding school or stroll along the coastal path from your doorstep, taking in the Pennant Walk, Offa s Dyke and the Clwydian Range. Nearby Mold is renowned for its street market, annual festival and Theatr Clwyd. Discover the historic towns of Denbigh and Conwy (the latter being a World Heritage Site), or the cities of Chester and Liverpool: all of which offer a range of eateries, shops and lots of attractions. The studio is located 2.5 miles from one of the Seven Wonders of Wales, Holywell, which is home to the world famous 7th century St Winefride s Holy Well. Drive into the farm and walk up the steps of this former granary to this stylish studio with fabulous views over the pretty garden and out towards the Dee Estuary. The studio has been designed with your comfort in mind with lots of thoughtful little extras for your stay. If you decide to eat in the kitchen/dining area, there s an electric oven and 2 ring hob, fridge with ice compartment and microwave, with plenty of space to rustle up a meal. Sit at the dining table which is the perfect setting for a meal for two in this lovely apartment. After a full day out, return to this first floor apartment and relax on the comfortable sofa whilst snuggling up and watching a film on the Smart TV or open the door and listen to birdsong whilst you plan your activities with the local guidebooks or read your own book. Enjoy a leisurely shower in the bijou shower room with WC before heading for a good night s sleep in the comfortable double bed. Outside there are pretty pots and planters on the steps and by the table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon tea. Head over to the picnic table for al fresco dining or a sundowner, with views over the garden and activity on the expanse of the estuary beyond. Join the public footpath from the garden gate leading down to the private woodland walk and the Wales Coast Path. There s parking for two cars and bike storage is available. The converted granary is on the side of the owner s home, though your privacy is assured.
