This property is set in the ancient farming hamlet of Roseweek and is surrounded by the owners 100 acre farm. It is in a rural but not isolated position and offers commanding views over an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with excellent walking, cycling and golf nearby. Other fabulous places just a short drive away are Truro and its wonderful cathedral as well as Fowey. You can also visit the local shops and the local pub, which are only 2 miles away. St Austell railway station is less than 3 miles away, which is ideal for exploring the county by train if you wish. You are also spoilt for beaches nearby Porthpean, Charlestown, Pentewan to name a few. Enter the beautiful barn and head into the lounge, which has a wood burner and patio doors opening out onto the garden. The room is traditionally decorated with plenty of seating, WiFi ,and TV this really is a spacious and well lit spot to watch your favourite programmes and relax.
