Within 1 mile east is the RSPB reserve at Titchwell Marsh, which features a sandy beach with views across the Wash. This is an ideal area throughout the year for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists, photographers, artists, golfers and sightseers. Enter via the front door which leads you into the hallway, where after a day out on the coastal path you can take off your walking boots before heading inside to explore your holiday home.
