Nestling on the grounds of a small holiday park in the popular seaside town of Westward Ho! this house has the convenience of being just a few steps from the beach and all amenities. Popular with sunbathers and surfers alike, Westward Ho! also offers amusements and attractions including tennis courts, horse riding, and a golf course. The South West Coast Path is 0.5 miles away and offers spectacular walks with breathtaking scenery. The traditional fishing village of Appledore is 3 miles away and further sand and sea can be found at Instow, 5 miles away. At 12 miles away you can find Clovelly which boasts cobbled streets, sheltered harbours, and fresh seafood. Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor can be found in Torrington (11 miles). Entering the property on the ground floor you will find two of the three bedrooms: one double zip and link bed (which can be made into 2'6" singles on request) and one twin room, both are spacious and benefit from TV/DVD. A large floor to ceiling window provides stunning sea views with doors leading out onto your balcony. The kitchen/dining area boasts an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Venture further into the property and you will then discover the master bedroom, a king size which also offers a TV as well as an en suite shower room with WC. Heading outside you will find a fabulous, decked balcony off the lounge with seating, an ideal spot to relax whilst soaking up the sea views. From the utility room, there is shared access to the side exit that is ideal for those who wish to bring their four legged friend in and out of the property. There is an outside tap for sandy paws or for washing off wetsuits/surfboards. Private off road parking for 1 car (permit provided), additional roadside can be found nearby subject to availability.
