Situated at the end of a quiet country lane along the riverside, here combines the luxury of a stunning rural location with proximity to a large array of Cornish hotspots including Boscastle (16 miles) and Port Isaac (23 miles). After enjoying the coastal breeze or rolling countryside, you can also get stuck into an abundance of picturesque walking routes including the Dartmoor National Park or even the renowned South West Coast Path, both accessible and just under 18 miles away from this lovely property. Also within easy reach explore the historic sites of Tintagel or the sandy beaches and sea pool at Bude. Close to the River Inny, it is the perfect spot for those to unwind and enjoy an afternoon fishing. Accessed from the external spiral stairway, you will immediately enter into the light, open plan studio apartment, which has been converted with a contemporary interior in mind. On your left hand side, you have the kitchen area with everything you need to cook a tasty meal, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a breakfast bar, which is the perfect spot to sit and plan the day of adventures ahead.
