Just 3 miles from Tamar Lakes, which is known for its water sports, walks and fishing, the retreat sits on the grounds of the owner s home and makes a stylish and homely base from which to explore all that the region has to offer. It is conveniently located on the edge of the village of Kilkhampton and 5.5 miles from the beautiful seaside town of Bude, with its choice of sandy stretches to relax on in the summer months. The beautiful beach of Sandymouth is less 3.5 miles away, with its sandy beach and café. There is much to see and do in the area with market towns such as Bideford (20 miles) and Holsworthy (10 miles) within reach for day trips.
