This lovely property is situated in the popular fishing town of Brixham, and with its prime position along the harbourside, you will have no trouble accessing the town s full array of shops, cafés and restaurant. For those with sea legs, there are boat trips to explore the coastline from the water, or for those who prefer the dry land, the South West Coast Path offers stunning scenery at every step. If you fancy visiting some other nearby coastal hotspots, the towns of Dartmouth (5 miles), Paignton (5.5 miles) and Torquay (8.5 miles) are also extremely popular destinations, with attractions including the golden sandy beaches, Paignton Zoo, National Trust Greenway, and a wonderful steam railway. Upon entering this well thought through apartment with paintings as appealing as those views across the harbour, it will not take you long to feel right at home. You will initially enter into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner where there are light and modern features throughout.
