Water heated by emersion that needs switching on 60 minutes before use (shower is electric). Smart TV in lounge. Enclosed front garden and large tiered garden with patio and furniture at rear and charcoal BBQ please be aware that dogs might be able to jump the back garden wall as only 4.5 feet high. Private parking for 1 car. Shed for secure bicycle storage. Pub and farm shop within 0.25 miles.
