The property is within 10 miles of RHS Rosemoor with enchanting gardens set in 65 acres, also, Dartington Crystal which offers glass painting and demonstrations from the Glassblowers fun for all the family! If you want a game of Golf, then only 3 miles away is Highbullen where you can enjoy a game on the 18 hole golf course and follow it up with one of their delicious cream teas. Only 9 miles away is the pretty seaside village of Instow where you can stroll along the beautiful golden sandy beach or take a little seasonal ferry boat across to the fishing village of Appledore. As you enter this stylish lodge, take off your muddy boots and relax. On the ground floor, you have an open plan kitchen/dining room which is a great social area to cook up a lovely family recipe. On this floor are the two bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed with an en suite and the other is a twin room with two singles. Nearby is the family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Take the staircase up to the beautiful relaxing lounge with large comfortable sofas, the perfect place to relax after a busy day or snuggle down to watch a favourite movie on the large Smart TV. Patio doors lead onto the balcony with stunning countryside views, guests can relax on the patio furniture or enjoy a lovely breakfast and plan your day's adventure ahead. There is a communal pool which is open in the summer months.
