Set in the peaceful hamlet of Galmpton and surrounded by tranquil countryside, this perfect couples retreat provides an abundance to explore on the doorstep. The surrounding countryside is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers countryside walks quite literally from your doorstep, joining the South West Coast Path. You will be within easy reach of beautiful beaches and coastal towns, including the fishing villages of Hope Cove (less than 1 mile) and Salcombe (4 miles), famous for its beautiful estuary, a gin distillery, and a range of shops and eateries. Entering this cosy retreat, you're welcomed into the open plan living/kitchen area. There is a breakfast bar to enjoy a meal and the bijou kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. Completing the living area is a Smart TV and two sofa's. There is a downstairs toilet. Upstairs, two lovely furnished bedrooms, a super king size bedroom with a Smart TV and a cosy single room. There is a family bathroom, which offers a bath and separate large shower and WC. Outside the barn is a shared patio space with outdoor seating. A short walk away is a BBQ and pizza oven which offers seating and outdoor eating area, which can be enjoyed by all guests staying in the barns. There is an outdoor play area and table tennis available.
1 super king size bedroom, TV and 1 single (additional trundle bed for 1 small child available on request). 1 main bathroom, bath, shower, WC and separate WC located downstairs. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. Smart TV in lounge. Wood burner (welcome pack supplied for the woodburner). Shared garden patio space with outdoor seating, plus shared BBQ eating area with pizza oven. Shared play area with table tennis for summer use. Off road parking for 2 cars. Beach 1.6 miles, shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Please note the property is located on a working farm, so children must be supervised at all times. Dogs must be on a lead at all times, due to the property being situated on a working sheep farm so all dogs have to be kept on a lead around the barns, farmstead and on the footpaths.
