It is less than a 10 mile drive from the city of Exeter, with its famous Gothic cathedral and local shops and restaurants, or head slightly further afield to family favourite, Crealy Theme Park (15 miles). Dartmoor is also within easy reach for stunning moorland walks, as is Dawlish Warren for days on the beach and building sandcastles (20 miles). Enter the cottage under its welcoming arched entrance and down the pathway steps to the rear door. Kick off your shoes and hang up your coats at the doorway before entering into the kitchen/diner that oozes original features and a beautiful, exposed wall. The kitchen is well equipped, and the dining table seats up to four guests. There is also a small table for two in the lounge, for informal dining or sitting around for family games.
