There is an electric wood burner style fire set into the stone fireplace which adds to the cosy feel of the room, and a Smart TV and games for your entertainment. The well equipped, contemporary kitchen is just off the lounge and has everything you need to prepare and cook your meals and a small, bespoke dining table with bench seating. The utility room is off the kitchen and houses the washer/dryer with a door leading to the patio garden and hot tub. This room is ideal for coming back in from the beach to dry off the dog and hang your walking gear. The attractive family bathroom is also on the ground floor with a shower over the freestanding bath and WC. Upstairs on the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with plenty of storage space; a generous king size bedroom with two bathrobes provided for use during your stay and a spacious twin bedroom. Outside to the rear, there is an enclosed patio area laid with artificial grass where you can sit on the garden furniture to enjoy drinks or alfresco dining. Three stone steps lead to a second enclosed patio area and the hot tub, where you can relax in the bubbles. A gate leads out to the driveway.
