There is much to see and do in the area with market towns such as Bideford (22 miles), and The Tamar Lakes (10 miles) also easily accessible, offering an array of water based activities, walks, and fishing. Completing the accommodation is another bedroom with a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made into 3 single beds on request). This also has a Smart TV, en suite shower and WC, and a glass sliding door leading out to the patio area. Heading outside, the property has lots of added extras to make your stay a special one. The private large patio area has garden furniture, loungers, and a charcoal BBQ, and leads to the hot tub, where you can relax after a long day out or perhaps go fishing by the private section of the lake. There is a lawned area beyond the decking, ideal for watching the sunset. There is an EV charger onsite, a small deposit is payable to owner prior to arrival of 50 per car.
