There is also an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, while the exterior boasts lockable bike storage, off-road parking for one car a private patio area adjacent to property with chimnea, garden furniture and gas barbecue and 5-acre grounds shared with owner's, offering another gas barbecue and picnic bench. Waterhead Cottage is a wonderful property to be enjoyed the year-round.
The small village of Troutbeck Bridge lies between the towns of Windermere and Ambleside, close to the Kirkstone Pass, within the Lake District. It offers a popular local pub, serving real ales and fine food, while Windermere and Ambleside provide a range of amenities including shops, pubs and cafes. Lake Windermere boasts a selection of lakeside activities and you also have Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains all within easy reach.
