The Bothy is a stone-built cottage resting on the outskirts of Callington. It houses one ground-floor, king-size bedroom and a ground-floor wet room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, you will find a veranda area, a spacious walled garden, off-road parking and an external utility. The Bothy is a splendid retreat for a couple looking to explore Cornwall.

Callington is a market town resting in Cornwall, with a rich mining heritage and is overlooked by Kit Hill. The town is set in the heart of the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and houses a selection of shops, inns and cafes, as well as being the home of Ginsters Cornish pasties. Close by is the village of Calstock, which rests on the banks of the river Tamar.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
