There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, sleeping two guests, as well as a cloakroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and seating area with woodburning stove. Outside, there is a gravelled front garden with picnic bench, a rear lawn with seating and the property is surrounded by woodland, while you will find ample off-road parking. The Coach House is a delightful rural retreat in Scotland. Please note that the Coach House is adjacent to (and attached) to the owner's house.

The market town of Newton Stewart, famous for its salmon and trout fishing, lies between serene rolling countryside of the Machars and the Galloway Forest Park. The area is steeped in history; the first Christian church in Scotland was founded in AD 397 in Whithorn. The beautiful coastline is a mixture of sandy beaches and rocky shores teeming with birdlife, whilst inland there is superb walking country to be discovered in the Galloway Hills and Forest Park.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
