The interior of the cottage is then complete with a shower room, a kitchen and a living/dining room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car. The Counting House is a charming abode from which to escape to the North York Moors on a romantic retreat for two. Please note; 4 steps between the lounge and kitchen may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

With quirky independent stores, award-winning restaurants and a handful of bustling pubs, visitors will find all their needs catered for. Robin Hood's Bay and Staithes rest right on the coast, whilst further afield Scarborough is not to be missed.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
