Claerwen is a wonderful shepherds hut resting on the outskirts of Nant-glas in Powys. Hosting one double bedroom in a studio-style layout with kitchen and dining area, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to two guests. Outside there is off-road parking and an enclosed garden with furniture and barbecue. Claerwen is a tranquil break in a lovely part of Mid Wales.
The little market town of Rhayader makes for a lovely holiday base, home to a selection of tea rooms, pubs, restaurants, amenities and unique little boutiques, including several antiques. There is a weekly livestock market where you can pick up any essentials, while on the edge of the town lies The Red Kite Feeding Station, where you can see diving birds and observe them in their natural habitat.
