Lavender Lodge is a delightful, single-storey holiday home resting in Saltburn-by-the-Sea sleeping two people in one bedroom.
Set across one floor and hosting one double bedroom, along with a shower room, open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining and sitting area, as well as a utility cupboard housing a freezer and washing machine. The kitchen contains an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and a fridge. For entertainment, guests are provided with two TVs and WiFi. Outside there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed balcony with furniture. The central heating is powered by Calor Gas and is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels and power. One well-behaved dog is welcome, however please ensure pets are supervised at all times. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a shop within 1.3 miles and a pub within 0.1 miles. Lavender Lodge makes a wonderful escape for a couple looking to getaway from it all.
