There is also a utility room with a washing machine and freezer. The bedroom consists of a king-size bed with access to a ground-floor bathroom, along with a first-floor cloakroom. WiFi, fuel power, bed linen, towels and starter pack for woodburning stove are all included in the price. Sorry, no smoking is allowed at the property. Parking is available. Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.7 miles, a pub. Egypt Granary makes a blissful retreat to the countryside of Kent. PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to book this property departing on Monday 25th September 2023 - you will be required to leave the property early as building work is due to begin at 8am.

Tucked away in the Kent countryside is the quaint village of Brenchley. Centred around a beloved village church, with a thriving café, post office and butchers, visitors will feel at home here. The village is home to an abundance of winding streets dotted with quaint cottages, alongside historic buildings that date back to the 11th century and commercial orchards. Visitors will enjoy ambling by the village green in Matfield or the churchyard in Brenchley or on the many surrounding footpaths, before stopping in the Little Bull Cafe on the High Street for a well-deserved coffee and sweet treat. The village is served by two fabulous pubs, or enjoy a takeawy from the highly rated Tumeric Gold Indian restaurant in Tudely! Visitors won't have to stray far from Brenchley to explore the nearby bustling towns of Royal Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge with ample shops and galleries, both showcasing stunning 18th century architecture, whilst providing visitors with even more things to see and do!
