The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, a first-floor utility space with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with electric fire and TV with Freeview. There is a king-size bedroom and a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, gravel and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Kingham has been voted England's favourite village and is beautifully situated in the heart of the Cotswolds between Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold and Burford. It has an abundance of historical buildings and is referenced in the Doomsday Book. Most of the village is constructed from traditional Cotswold Stone. The village hosts two awarding pubs - The Kingham Plough on the Green and The Wild Rabbit voted Michelin Pub of the Year in 2016. Daylesford Organic farm shop, cookery school and spa is 5 minutes away. There are numerous other gastro pubs and restaurants which are easily accessible from Kingham by foot, bike or car.
Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
