The living space in this second-floor apartment has a kitchen with electric oven and grill, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, dining seating for six, and a sitting room with a TV with Sky and Bluetooth speakers. There is a utility with washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size with Freeview TV, and a bathroom. Outside, there is a balcony with furniture, and a designated parking space for one car; there is limited height of 2.1m at the front, 1.75m at the back. Within 0.3 miles, there is a shop, within 0.1, a pub, and within 0.3, a beach. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
