The Dairy is a charming single-storey cottage resting in Ancroft near Berwick-upon-Tweed and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine chiller, coffee machine, a dining area with seating for two people and a sitting area with a TV and woodburning stove. There is one king-size bedroom, along with a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed front courtyard with patio and furniture, and off-road parking. Within 4.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.8, a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free let. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A rural break to remember awaits at The Dairy. Note: The owners live on site.
Berwick-upon-Tweed is a seaside town on Northumberland's most northerly tip, with four pristine beaches, riverside walks, and a plethora of bicycle routes to explore. Enjoy the amazing vistas across the River Tweed estuary and Berwick's three bridges, such as the famed Royal Border Bridge, as you stroll the circular path atop the town's Elizabethan walls. Visit the local museums to brush up on your history, relax on the beach, and be impressed by the exhibitions at the town's excellent galleries.
Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian’s Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.
