Outside there is a private patio with furniture and a communal lawn, and ample off-road parking is available. Within 0.7 miles you will find both a shop and a pub and please note that no dogs are allowed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Pigsty is an idyllic base from which to explore the delights of Cornwall. Note: Up to 2 parking spaces available on request. The charming port of Penryn, one of the oldest market towns in Cornwall, has a rich history of harbour architecture and magnificent granite houses that sharply slope along the cobbled lanes down to the sea. The renowned seaport of Falmouth is located just one mile from the Penryn River further downstream. It offers a variety of entertainment options, including harbour-side bars and restaurants with breathtaking views, gorgeous Blue Flag beaches, and a bustling town centre. For a sense of Cornwall's seafaring past, check out the National Maritime Museum or the magnificent Tudor castle Pendennis Castle, which is beautifully situated with a view of the ocean.
