The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a studio-style layout with double bed, dining area with seating for two, a sitting area with woodburning stove, a communal kitchen/diner with gas oven, hob and fridge with freezer box, and a communal bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed shared garden with lawn, furniture and barbecue, a private gravelled area with furniture, as well as off-road parking in the farmyard a short walk away from the property. Within 1.9 miles there is a shop, and within 1.8 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are allowed but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Brown Hare Shepherds Hut is a lovely dwelling to base your next rural retreat to South Wales. Note: Additional wood for woodburning stove can be purchased from neighbouring farm. Note: This property does not have WiFi.
