The living areas in this home consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and a balcony. Appliances include an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground floor king-size and a first floor twin (accessed via an open-tread carpeted staircase), serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed lawned garden (with pond, please take care), along with private parking for two cars. Within 1.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.8 miles, a pub. Please note, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. The beautiful Rame Head coastal path winds its way through nearby Downderry and Seaton with their sandy beaches and on to the romantic fishing port of Looe, a must for any visitor to the area. With championship golf at nearby St. Mellion and all the facilities and attractions of the maritime city of Plymouth within easy reach, this great location is a must for all the family!
