This single-storey shepherd’s hut has a studio-style layout with a double bed, kitchen, dining area and sitting area, along with a shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. Appliances include an oven, fridge, kettle and toaster, and for entertainment there is WiFi and a selection of books. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars on the grounds (From 1st May, there will only be 1 parking space available) and an enclosed meadow garden with wood-fired hot tub, garden furniture, patio and fire pit. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and though the property is single-storey, there are four steps up into the hut. You can find a shop and pub within 2.4 miles. Fern is a lovely retreat for a romantic break to Cornwall.
Wainhouse Corner is a Cornwall hamlet between Boscastle and Bude. The hamlet is surrounded by rural beauties and adjacent to the South Western Coastal Path, Penhallam Manor, and Pentargon Waterfall. The Old Wainhouse Inn has a pub, and a convenience shop is nearby where you can stock up on the essentials. Crackington Haven, just beyond the villahe, has a beach and beachside cafés to enjoy.
Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
