The living areas in this single-storey annexe consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, TV, and woodburning stove. There's also a bedroom with a super king bed and a shower room. Outside there is a front terrace with bench, and a private driveway for one car, shared with the owner. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.7 miles, and the beach in 1.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Dairy is a charming base for a romantic escape to Devon. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the property, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The annexe is located on the owner's small holding, with livestock. Note: The property is accessed via a bumpy, countryside lane. Note: This is an adult-only property.

Salcombe, which has a stunning, picturesque coastline, is a great place to go sailing, participate in water sports, go coastal hiking, or just relax and enjoy the sunshine. Explore the area's diverse fauna, go to some nearby rural estates and gardens, or go to the charming market town of Kingsbridge. Alternately, travel 15 miles to experience the broad fields and granite tors of Dartmoor, a wonderful vacation spot with lots to see and do.
