The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a wireless speaker, and breakfast bar, and a sitting room with Smart TV with Netflix, and a woodburning stove. There is a double bedroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, hammock, egg chair, hot tub, sun loungers, and tiki bar with fridge. Please note that some garden furniture is not set out between October and end of March due to weather conditions. Off-road parking for one car. Two small/medium well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles and a pub in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Tawny Owl Cottage is a wonderful base for a romantic break to Lincolnshire. Note: The accommodation is located to the rear of the owner’s home.
North Somercotes, a seaside community in Lincolnshire's marshes region, is located in the East Lindsey district. Axe and Cleaver and Bay Horse Inn are two pubs in the village that serve a variety of food and beverages in addition to two convenience stores. Louth, which is eleven miles distant and has Georgian alleys with Grade II listed buildings, St. James Church, a theatre, a museum, shopping options, and a wide variety of restaurants, is known as the capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The popular seaside town of Mablethorpe, which has a sandy beach and a variety of attractions, is located a little further up the coast.
