The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area with breakfast bar seating for two guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. There is one ground-floor king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and patio and off-road parking is available. Within 2.1 miles you will find a shop and within 0.9 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair is available on request. Moohey Barn is a charming base for a couples retreat to Cornwall.

Visit the quaint market town of Liskeard, which is only two miles distant and has its own museum, for a greater selection of services. The charming seaside town of Looe, which is 10 miles south, offers a pleasant day out with a variety of activities from its amusement arcade to its gleaming, sandy beach, is the perfect destination for a trip to the coast.
