Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with raised-level decking and furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. 7 Toms Yard is a fabulous base for a group getaway to Cornwall.
