The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, a dining area with seating for two guests and a sitting area with TV and sofa bed. There is a double bedroom with TV, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, decking, furniture, barbecue, and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 7.4 miles you will find a shop and within 7.2 miles, a pub and please note that this is a dog-free and non-smoking property. This pretty market town sits on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. This area is popular for walking, fishing and cycling with the Black Mountains, Crychan Forest, Cwm Rhaeadr and the River Towey waiting to be discovered. A walk up to the castle is a must as from here you enjoy the views out across the town to the neighbouring River Bran. After a day spent walking through the beautiful countryside there are many cafés, tea rooms, delis and patisseries for you to relax in. Not to be missed is the annual Sheep Festival which is held every September and celebrates droving, sheep farming and the wool industry. Llandovery is in a fantastic location with something to suit everyone on the doorstep. The village of Llandeilo, a twenty minute drive away, is a pretty market town with a lovely selection of unusual gift shops, eating places and pubs, whilst visits to the medieval Dinefwr and Carreg Cennen Castles add to the charm. Nearby, explore the ruins of Talley Abbey, The National Botanic Garden Of Wales, an array of historic castles, plus a large selection of beautiful sandy beaches and the famous coastal path all within comfortable driving distances.
