The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of a studio-style layout with double bed, kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster and a sitting area with a TV. There is also a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front decking with furniture, along with off-road parking for one car. Within 0.8 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.7 miles, a pub and a river, please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Whisk your loved one away to Pod No 19 on an unforgettable retreat to the Lake District. Derwentwater, a beautiful lake at the head of the breathtaking Borrowdale Valley, is only a short stroll from the town centre. The stunning Newlands Valley is nearby, situated between Braithwaite and Buttermere, and the charming Bassenthwaite Lake is definitely worth a visit. Everything from a leisurely stroll through the countryside to a strenuous walk up Skiddaw or the renowned Catbells is available. Visit the Jennings Brewery, Mirehouse, a magnificent home and gardens on the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake, or go on a wonderful boat tour of Derwentwater.
