This three-storey cottage has two bedrooms, a double and a second-floor twin, along with a bathroom, an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, and a first floor-sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher and for entertainment there is a 43-inch Smart LED TV with Freeview, Smart TV, CD player, DVD player, and WiFi. Nearby, you can find allocated parking for one car at the top of Church Hill. One well-behaved pet is welcome by arrangement. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop and harbour in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.1 mile. Note: The twin bedroom does not have a bedroom door. Choose St Samson for a characterful cottage in a picturesque area. Note: Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 9:30am.

Port Isaac; one of the true Cornish treasures. A beautiful fishing village nestling in a steep sided valley, the old village in the valley remains unchanged from its days of fishing, slate export and smuggling in the previous century. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. There is ample parking at the top of the village and the village is a popular tourist destination with plenty of attractions including the dramatic Doyden Castle, the beautiful Lundy Bay and the famous Doc Martin's clinic. There are also plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops in the village. Just a short drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike.
