The living areas in this duplex apartment consist of a first-floor open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Smart TV, and a communal utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, one with an en-suite, and both serviced by a bathroom. Outside there are two sun terraces with artificial lawn and furniture, and a communal garden with lawn, patio, and picnic bench, with ample off-road parking available. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles and a pub in 0.5 miles. Garstang is a small town within the Wyre Borough of Lancashire, famous for declaring itself the world's first Fairtrade town. Known locally for its tasty home-grown produce, this small town offers a warm welcome and a wealth of specialist and individual shops where you can pick up a number of treats; don't miss the local cheesemongers for a wedge of fine Lancashire cheese!
