The cottage also has a first floor open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for one car and a private rear garden with furniture. Sunnyvale is close to many attractions and places to visit, ideal at any time of year.
St Austell is a market town situated a few miles from the South coast. The town boasts the St Austell brewery, a perfect place to relax and sample the local ale. There are a wealth of attractions nearby including the renowned Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays Castle and Garden, and Carlyon Bay.
