The cottage is single-storey set over the ground floor, and has a double bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking, bike storage and a garden with furniture. Cockley Beck Cottage has walks from the door, and makes a beautiful and remote base for enjoying this lovely spot.
Broughton-in-Furness is situated in the south western corner of the Lake District and is just six miles from Coniston Water. The village offers a cobbled square, shops and pubs. From Broughton-in-Furness walking and climbing can be enjoyed, plus the Furness railway line runs from nearby Foxfield and makes for an ideal day out.
