Blakey is a wonderful semi-detached barn conversion set on the owners' livestock farm, three miles from the village of Moorsholm in the North York Moors National Park. This barn conversion sleeps two people and has an en-suite shower, basin and WC and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside there's ample off road parking, a private patio with furniture and shared use of lawned grounds. Blakey is a great retreat for couples with walks and cycle routes all around.
The small village of Moorsholm is situated on the northern edge of the North York Moors National Park, between Guisborough and Whitby. The village offers a mix of traditional and modern properties, a church and a pub. Close by are Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Staithes, Runswick Bay, Guisborough and Whitby.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
