Throughout this south west corner of Wales there are castles and old mills to explore, villages with unique shops and tea rooms, and short boat trips will take you to peaceful bird sanctuaries at Skomer and Ramsey, or to the magnificent monastic island of Caldey to step back in time and enjoy the luxurious chocolate made by the monks, which may well be the best kept secret in Wales.
