Ees Wyke Studio is a cosy, semi-detached studio cottage in the village of Near Sawrey, close to Sawrey itself in Cumbria. The cottage can sleep two people in open plan studio accommodation with one double bed, a kitchenette, dining area and sitting area.The cottage also contains a shower room. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car and a from gravelled sitting area with furniture. Located in beautiful countryside, Ees Wyke Studio is a lovely cottage suitable for a great holiday at any time of the year.

The village of Sawrey is situated two miles from Hawkshead, overlooked by the woods and tarns of Claife Heights. Sawrey consists of two separate hamlets - Near Sawrey and Far Sawrey. Near Sawrey is famous for Hill Top,where Beatrix Potter wrote her acclaimed children's stories. and is now a museum, owned and run by the National Trust. Far Sawrey is the hamlet furthest away from Hawkshead and the nearest to the ferry point on Windermere. There are good walks in the area, including those to Claife Heights and in Grizedale Forest.
