Lowerdale Barns East is a barn converted bungalow situated in the village of Sleight in North Yorkshire. It has a king size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, it can sleep two people. Also inside there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for one car, a patio with furniture and a shared lawn. Lowdale Barns East is a superb cottage in a beautiful rural location.
Sleights is ideal for a holiday. 4 miles from the Yorkshire coastline, it is on the edge of the moors with attractive villages and scenery. Sleights boasts a pub, a fish and chip shop, an antique shop with a café, a butcher's, a bakery, a hairdressers and a shop with a Post Office. The North Yorkshire Steam Railway is a short drive away. Whitby lies at the River Esk and is situated for exploring this part of Yorkshire. It is a town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a harbour, sandy beaches and the abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
